We are a Copenhagen-based boutique recruitment agency specialising in the placement of C-level support roles.

We are a team of ex-corporates with experience as executive assistants for A.P. Moller Maersk, Microsoft, Novo Nordisk and Boston Consulting Group.


We believe wholeheartedly in the power of effective leaders, and are well aware that today’s leaders must navigate far more than the traditional running of a business. 


Ineffective leadership can cripple even the most astute companies, whilst productive leaders foster a happier, more engaged workforce, which leads to 17% higher productivity.

Our Founder & CEO

Our founder, Betina Osander, has first-hand experience as a former Executive Assistant working for A. P. Moller Maersk and Microsoft supporting C-level executives in global organisations.

In 2018, Betina founded Osander ApS, the leading niche search partner in Denmark focusing entirely on executive support talent. Today Osander ApS has a strong customer base consisting of top-tier global firms and scale-ups. As a boutique recruitment agency, Osander connects exceptional executives with exceptional in-house Executive Assistants and Strategic Executive Advisors.

In 2021, following the pandemic, we founded myVEA – a spin off designed to provide leaders with executive assistance through a subscription-based model. With myVEA our stellar executive assistants work remotely supporting our clients on a daily basis in order to free-up business leaders time and enhance their productivity. 

Osander ApS came into being while our founder was working as an executive assistant in the global container logistics company A.P. Moller – Maersk. Executives were reaching out to Betina for help in finding suitable candidates for other executive support roles.

People and organisations are greatly influenced by the cues they receive from above. Strong and efficient leaders affect thousands of other people’s engagement and work, spending millions of hours to run companies successfully.
