On behalf of Noma, we are searching for a proactive, dedicated, and organized Executive Assistant to support the COO, Lena Hennessy.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Diary and Travel Management: Assist in the COO’s travel coordination, diary management, and scheduling to optimize her productivity.

  • Email and Workflow Management: Ensure the COO stays on top of emails, workflows, and deadlines related to Noma’s three businesses.

  • Team Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for the COO’s team, effectively coordinating their needs with the COO and facilitating communication.

  • Shareholder Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for shareholders, demonstrating proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain and protect business-critical confidential information.


  • The right mindset, agility, and values are more important than a seasoned EA/PA background, but we expect you to be a quick and determined learner.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluency in English, verbally and written. Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • A background in similar businesses or relevant industry knowledge is a plus.
