On behalf of Noma, we are searching for a proactive, dedicated, and organized Executive Assistant to support the COO, Lena Hennessy.

Tasks and responsibilities
Diary and Travel Management: Assist in the COO’s travel coordination, diary management, and scheduling to optimize her productivity.
Email and Workflow Management: Ensure the COO stays on top of emails, workflows, and deadlines related to Noma’s three businesses.
Team Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for the COO’s team, effectively coordinating their needs with the COO and facilitating communication.
Shareholder Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for shareholders, demonstrating proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Confidentiality: Maintain and protect business-critical confidential information.
The right mindset, agility, and values are more important than a seasoned EA/PA background, but we expect you to be a quick and determined learner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in English, verbally and written. Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
A background in similar businesses or relevant industry knowledge is a plus.
