Osander ApS is searching for a proactive and structured Personal Assistant to provide invaluable support to the CEO and co-founder of Netcompany A/S.
The Job
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will provide high-level, proactive administrative and operational support across the CEO’s daily leadership and strategic activities. Positioned at the centre of an ambitious and impact-driven organisation, you will ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings, activities, board interactions, ministerial engagements, and public appearances.
You will operate with a high degree of independence and confidentiality, serving as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO in a fast-moving, complex environment. The role involves extensive interaction with internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels – including international partners, senior executives, and government officials.
A key part of the role is to build structure and systems that create consistency, quality, and efficiency across all processes. You are expected to think strategically and proactively, connect the dots, and understand how agendas, priorities, and relationships interlink.
As the CEO’s primary point of contact, you help shape interactions that reflect the CEO’s high standards and values, as well as Netcompany’s.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage administration and operations for the CEO, i.e., providing holistic and integrated day-to-day support. Proactively solve problems, handling the non-essential tasks and distractions that may keep the CEO from focusing on the highest priorities.
Manage the CEO’s calendar and maximise time and productivity. Proactively review and prepare for short-term and long-term commitments. Ensure the CEO has all necessary materials, briefings, pre-read documents, and information before meetings and activities. Efficiently handle changes and time management.
Coordinate travel from A to Z. Ensure preparation of all aspects, including content and logistics, is well prepared ahead of travel, meetings, and events. Be available as an emergency lifeline to support and handle travel changes.
Proactive inbox management. Manage and prioritise the CEO’s inbox by filtering key issues, researching items that require context, and delegating tasks that others can handle in the team. Provide timely reminders on matters requiring the CEO’s direct attention, ensuring no critical follow-ups are missed.
Support the CEO with external board commitments. Coordinate meetings and assemble all relevant materials, and ensure time for preparation.
Partner with Communications on external requests, ensuring aligned decision-making and delivering timely, well-crafted responses.
Proactively help manage the CEO’s key relationships. Ensure the CEO stays connected to essential internal and external stakeholders – from board members to strategic partners. Discreetly track important dates and milestones and provide timely reminders for the right outreach – a call, email, or a thank-you note.
Plan and implement business rhythm activities, including the annual wheel activities. Help build and manage internal procedures using corporate internal systems and tools, creating administrative stability.
Occasionally, plan and arrange selected workshops and meetings hosted by the CEO, provide on-site support, and handle smooth and effective operations.
Occasionally, facilitate personal or private tasks of the CEO’s busy life and ad hoc administration.
Act as eyes and ears and make recommendations as needed. Contribute to team spirit. Be a culture carrier.
Discretion and confidentiality are critical since this role is included in all areas of the CEO’s work. Maintain and protect business-critical confidential information.

Qualifications
Proven 7+ years of experience as a PA/EA supporting C-level individuals from a listed company or a company with high compliance standards. Having supported a CEO is highly desirable.
Stellar references and a proven track record of high performance.
As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree.
Strong presence and a confident and accommodating personality.
Fluency in English and Danish, verbal and written. Excellent writing and editing skills.
IT savvy and highly proficient in applying IT tools in daily tasks and operations.
