We are pleased to assist A. P. Møller Holding A/S in identifying a quality-driven talent to join their Copenhagen office. The role ensures a seamless and service-oriented office experience for guests and colleagues, and includes responsibility for meeting services, event coordination, and daily facility operations in a high-profile corporate setting.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Meet and greet guests and delegations. Be a visible and friendly first point of contact. Act as ambassador by using appropriate etiquette and professionalism at all times.
Provide catering and service as needed. Arrange and clean up after meetings.
Keep the office running smoothly in general. Oversee office atmosphere, maintain a persistent visitor ready condition. Assure office facilities are in good working order to meet the business needs (e.g. meeting rooms, reception and kitchen).
Manage telephone reception of APMH’s main number and various internal and external mailboxes.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and ordering of office supplies, external vendors and facilities contacts.
Communicating with colleagues and guests about any needs that may arise during service. Assist colleagues with travel bookings and conference room reservations.
Manage audio-visual equipment.
Assist during VIP and delegation visits. Assist with the planning and execution of external and internal events.
Follow safety and security protocol at all times.
Take part in onboarding and off-boarding processes.
Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as requested, including but not limited to subscription management, travel bookings, arrange for taxi service and courier pick-ups.

Qualifications
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Danish.
3+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Fully conversant with effectively using Microsoft Office.
