Osander, representing EQT Partners Denmark ApS, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented executive assistant, “EA”.
The Job
The ideal candidate for this role is an Executive Assistant who wants to become an integrated member of EQT Partners Denmark’s dynamic and ambitious team located in Hellerup.
As an Executive Assistant at EQT, you will be part of a leading global private equity firm that invests in companies shaping the future. You will gain unique insights into high-impact investments and strategic decisions that drive business growth and transformation, working closely with top leadership and a network of international experts.
In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and organisational support to the Partner, Head of Denmark & Norway. This is a unique opportunity to get close to the business and gain deep insight into private equity and exciting new investment opportunities, acting as the vital link between the Partner and the broad ecosystem—investments, portfolio companies, and external industry leaders and advisors—while ensuring flawless coordination and execution of tasks.
You will join a team of investment professionals and EQT’s talented EA team, which collaborates across offices to ensure best practices and professional support at the highest level. EA Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage administration and operations for the Partner, i.e., provide holistic and integrated day-to-day support. Proactively solve problems with little supervision, handling the non-essential tasks and distractions that may prevent the Partner from focusing on the highest priorities.
Manage a dynamic calendar of appointments. Proactively review and prepare for the short and long term. Ensure that all activities and meetings are well-prepared with materials and pre-reads ahead. Manage time and changes with an analytical and proactive approach.
Coordinate travel logistics and content from A to Z. Ensure the Partner is well-prepared with all materials before travel, meetings, and events. Be available as an emergency lifeline to support and handle changes during travel.
Work cross-functionally and cross-office to help solve problems fast. Establish and maintain valuable relationships. Work effectively and closely with your peers to ensure appropriate coverage.
Liaise with many different stakeholders around the world. Continuously build and nourish excellent relationships at multiple levels through liaison with investors and portfolio companies’ stakeholders.
Support the Partner with board commitments, coordinate meetings, and assemble all relevant materials. Build positive and smooth working relationships with all stakeholders.
Proactively help manage the Partner’s internal and external relationships. Take note of, capture information, and set reminders for anniversaries and milestones of colleagues and external stakeholders.
Occasionally join various internal event planning. Contribute to knowledge sharing and smooth collaboration.
Handle admin work, including completing expense reports, purchase orders, and reviewing/coding/approving invoices.
Occasionally facilitate personal logistical aspects of the Partner’s busy life.
Discretion and confidentiality are critical. Maintain and protect business-critical confidential information.

Qualifications
Proven 5+ years of experience as a personal/executive assistant supporting executive-level individuals in large multinational organisations.
Ideally, experience from a listed company or a company with high compliance standards.
Stellar references and a proven track record of high performance.
As a minimum, a bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English, verbally and written. Proficiency in Danish is an advantage. Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
Highly proficient in using IT tools in daily tasks and operations.
